What are you talking about, citizens sue thei.... Oh you mean sue dictatorships for them being dictatorship?

Let's imagine this scenario then:

Citizen: "Your honor, I would like to sue my country for being a dictatorship. I would like for it to be a liberal democracy."
Judge: "And I would like you to be a sack of potatoes. I'm counter-suing you for being human."
Citizen: "What!?"
Judge: "If you sue my country for being something you don't like, then I can sue you for anything I don't like about you, you sack of potatoes. My brother got me this position and he's a lawmaker. These laws you talk of are just made by people who want to take our jobs. You think me and my brother would want that?"
Citizen: "No I just think we should abide by international law and..."
Judge: "Oh, so now some foreigner will decide how our own country should be ruled? Let me tell you, you potato-sack, they don't like you and they don't need you. Besides, our nation has joined the league of dictatorships and together we've decided to have one international law that says: 'All international laws shall not be followed by sovereign nations except for this one as laws made by international bodies are never decided upon the will of all people on the globe, but always decided by the leaders of the strongest nations imposing their will on weaker ones'."
Citizen: "What about having our rights?"
Judge: "You'll have to ask my second cousin for that. He's in the palace right now signing some document about our beloved country. Walk out of this courtroom, leave the building, walk across the street and enter main door of the palace.
Then take the first door to your left."
