AI, in this case, refers to LLMs, GPT technology, and anything listed as "AI" meant to increase market valuations.

They're trying to build up the barrier to entry so that other competetors aren't able to enter the space and take their market share. They're just cornering the market
How would this work with a pause?
What does a pause mean? I would think probably stop AI investments in some regard, so I would absolutely think it's about hindering competition.
