Have you tried Windy.com? It's my website of choice for making weather-based plans.
They use Mapy and OSM maps.
I've always used ventusky.com for a weather map like that, but I can't speak to its accuracy. It's just fun to look at.
I might have to try it again. A while back I did try a windy app, but it wasn't great. Might have been an older version on last phone with older OS or a fake windy.
