Worst part is that the scaling is all wrong. AI is usually going for relatively minimalist interior design with a lot of space. In a cramped bathroom that doesn't work. It clashes with the entire design philosophy because there's simply no space. What does AI do? It scales down the toilet, sink and shower to create space. If you pay attention to it or maybe have a regular picture in-between the AI ones you see that it'd have to be a tiny toilet and sink but since everything is scaled down it's not always immediately noticeable.

The point being that even if you redo the room with the finest materials and finest craftsman it can never look like that.
