AI boosters convinced people that we need "AI centrism", which is exactly thing like this, except they took their lessons from how racist operate, and depicted one extreme as vibe coding/slop posting, while the other as just not wanting to use AI. One AI booster trying to pass as "AI critical" actually used the horseshoe theory in his video, but painting Hasan Piker as the "far left" option to Nick Fuentes. Hasan is not as far left as some people try to make it look like, he's just annoying and people think extremism means being annoying, while tankies like George of Santos (formerly BadEmpanda) know to keep his cool.
