this happens all the time. I saw it in the 90s doing ride-alongs with med-star (ambulance company). it's gonna dump a lot of water into the vehicle, too, because hoses get use, worn and leak. And every time I see it I feel a little bit of joy in my heart because fuck you, stop blocking hydrants you ghouls.
yea, totally blocked this hydrant. like... not at all as evident in the video.
there's always some assholes who think the rules shouldn't apply to them. here we are.

Rules are rules? I totally agree. But deciding about punishment is, according to the rules, not the job of the fire fighters.
