Should be banned outright as false advertising
They would argue is a 1st amendment violation

Pretty sure false advertising isn't protected speech, and if it is, what the fucking hell, America?

Advertising is still advertising and they're misrepresenting the product

A court already defined AI generated CSAM as free speech so I wouldn't be surprised
