Pretty sure my dad is partially emotionally stunted due to being autistic and because of parents who weren't always the greatest. But that's something I'll never truly have an answer to considering he refuses to get tested for it and his insistence he wouldn't have been allowed in the military if he was autistic.
I'm 9999% positive he's the reason I have it.
