Should I get a waterproof/bug proof casing for my new duvet? (lemmy.world)

I bought one for my mattress which ai think was a good idea but now Im wondering if i should get one for the duvet too?

Got a duvet cover enveloping it now but Id hate to not fully protect duvet too by getting something waterproof and bug proof around it before the cover. Not sure if that would make it too hot tho

Trying to be disciplined about using a flat sheet between me and the cover+duvet but I feel a nagging to get the casing too.

It never ends, this shit lol. By the way, if you ever need to apply a cover, do the roll method. I cant freaking believe how fast and relatively painless it was

Depends on the climate; if you live in a hot and humid climate, it will worsen your sleep. Unless you're old and cold like a skeleton.
