No, it can't. If something can be done, it will be done. This is not even talking about human nature but just probabilistics. There is always that fucking dude who pees and poos in the swimming pool.
People still go swimming though, also no poos in the pool lol. Also AI exists, if you find it personally useful you might as well do so. Using it personally or not isn't going to change much.
