That is a cute baby, but in my own situation I literally could not afford or accommodate a pet anyway. Plus, If a cat showed up, I would get kicked from my apartment (cameras) if I tried bringing in a animal without first getting their OK. I'd have to get a friend to come pick it up from me outside of the complex.
