Me too, as someone with no artistic skill personally, but that still sounds like someone has to put in the manual work for the painting step and I'm not sure how cost effective or scalable it would be.

I would pay an awful lot for a 5-axis tool-changing 3d printer that can both print and paint a neatly painted model like this.
