MODERATORS
I would have more faith in this if it wasn't on a drug rehabilitation center's website and if it referenced more than one study that's now old enough itself to drink.
The drug rehabilitation center that got bought by the PE company, that sells the devices and services to law enforcement probably. Those little blow devices are big business! We get the same amount of drunk drivers, the state gets an extra revenue line, and a few companies get incredibly rich. Yay crony capitalism and regulatory capture.
