As a Norwegian, that's what I read, "alltid inn bak".
That's a good false-friend. Bak apparently means "bin" in Dutch.
To a norwegian, dutch is a bit like trying to interpret a very, very drunk person. You think you get the gist of what they're saying but you're just not entirely sure.
Yep, my Swedish brain would walk around that container looking for the special hole for garbage, and then realizing all those holes go to the same place.
