I'm not defending them but it makes sense for companies to use open source stuff.
Amazon's servers are ran almost entirely on Linux.
I have no issue with Nintendo using open source emulators. It's open source after all. Would be nice if they did like Valve and then also throw the developers a bone.
But we're talking about Nintendo. They're using the very resources they demonise and sue people into the ground for. Makes them hypocritics.
