Pipe bombs against what target? That's why they're building bunkers in Hawaii and putting the data centers in space.

i wonder if its possible to make some kind of emp gun that would send a pulse which would mess/shutdown drones and other malicious mechanical things
Modern miltech is usually EMP shielded, especially when they're spending upwards of millions of dollars on each one.
Nets seem to be effective based on footage from Ukraine. They fire them out of hand cannons like the ones for T-shirts. Could be rigged to a drone, but anything on the consumer market will be more limited in range/altitude/speed/acceleration/maneuverability than whatever is being used by the military/police state. Some RC planes can be made for pretty cheap, they can go faster but the battery will only last a few minutes.
For the robodog and centaur killbots, slide a little RC vehicle underneath with some thermite rigged to pow upwards at the right moment. Just don't use that anywhere near civilians.
Any humanoid robot will probably be easy enough to push over, but if they get smart and train them in taichi or something then just remember that during medieval times the joints were always a weak spot in plate armor, and there is a very real reason for that which I think might apply here.
if it comes to civilians vs miltech, everything is already lost as they can just use neurotoxins or whatever at that point. And if its regular warfare then there are better solutions, unless its guerilla warfare which is different topic.
And that stuff is expensive, so it wouldnt be deployed everywhere. What i'm thinking about is being able to do something about all the cheap things that can be put everywhere. And it doesnt have to be just drones and robots, being able to disable a camera covertly might also be good. If you have to take down something really expensive then might as well go loud and use thermite and explosives as you said.
I agree, and that's why I'm generally against open revolution if it can be avoided, and in favor of democratic resolutions as long as there's still a slim chance that they might still be possible.
But it doesn't hurt to start brainstorming now, for what to do if the unthinkable becomes the reality...

Invest in a bunch of silly string. That stuff shoots pretty far and can definitely interfere with robo sensors.

It's possible to build, but most of these drones would probably be emp shielded. You'd be more likely to just fry your own devices instead
Space data centers still need infrastructure on earth in order to matter. They need radios to send/receive signals. They need launch pads and supply chains in order to support them logistically.
And bunkers require air vents...

Respectfully, the facts demonstrate otherwise, given that Donald (going off his disapproval rating) is the most unpopular president in history. People hate that we have a pedo as president, they're just powerless to do anything about it until the next election.
Further, in just the last four months Flock has lost nearly 400 contracts in 36 states, and largely off boring, lawful resistance. It's why they're offering employee buyouts, and it doesn't matter if some jurisdictions pivot to Motorola or Axon because the technology simply does not work and will still be unregulated.
There is something in the cultural DNA of Americans that truly hates this technology, and what's even worse... it fails often and spectacularly enough that people are even angrier.
We absolutely can do something about it before the election. We've had a king before.

TBF there's a huge selection bias here. People are fine with Trump as president because of a massive propaganda apparatus using centralized social networks.
Tbf, manipulating masses through lies and propaganda itself is a form of robbing them of informed consent, so even they are not actually "fine" with him, they're just not paying attention to the right sources and are still being lied to/propagandized.
But also he has the lowest approval rating of any president in history, so that's a lot of "nobody." Also three(?) high profile assassination attempts? Sound like a guy "nobody" cares about to you? Seems like at least 3 people do. Constant protests, yadda yadda, yeah sure, nobody cares, that's why they're protesting him, "Get out or don't, whatever, who cares?" Yup, that's what all the signs say.
