Welcome to no supply and lots of demand with a cartel going on. Where you been?
Something is worth what people pay for it.
Don't you think it's a big problem for the 'market theory' of value that producing and raising children, perhaps the most important human activity, is low-wage or entirely unpaid?
Do you believe that the economy would be better if women stopped having worthless children?
Econ101 makes perfect sense, unless you think about it.
Value is not always monetary but people do have more children when they have a monetary interest in doing so.
That has nothing to do with computer memory.
