MODERATORS
There is a "your mic is muted" warning. A green text box appears over the mute icon to let you know others can't hear you. The sounds are also completely different? Higher pitched note for unmuted, lower for mute. Idk how you can't hear the difference.
Text? Where am I supposed to read text while playing? I have seen it happen SO often that people forgot to unmute. This is not a me-problem but based on 1000s of hours with groups.
If you dont have 2 monitors, use the overlay? The mute icon is visible on your screen.
My buddies do it all the time as well, not just with discord but with in-line mics, etc. That's a human problem, not a discord problem lol
It would not be a problem if there was a simple reminder that you are muted. Like Teamspeak already had 20 years ago. Without taking up any screen real estate.
