The parents should shoulder all of the fucking responsibility! What is wrong with you jack asses? I'm selling raspberry flavored shattered glass. If your dumb ass gives it to your kid, that's somehow my responsibility? I gotta babysit all of my idiot customers genius kids? Because they were smart enough to eat it, so they didn't have to be raised by mongoloids.
If you make something that is known to be dangerous to eat, and you sell it as food, you absolutely should be liable for damages.
