Anybody got sources on this effect? When I search I see a bunch of wellness blogs, but no studies or clinic articles (which makes me worried).
It's made up. All of these "ADHD effects" are made up. Some may be useful, some may not.
Nah, not all of them.
The ones they don't source, yes.
I think this exact term is an (unofficial) positive twist to the well known rejection sensitive dysphoria
