Unique and creative Linux distros
(lemmy.world)
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Linux is a family of open source Unix-like operating systems based on the Linux kernel, an operating system kernel first released on September 17, 1991 by Linus Torvalds. Linux is typically packaged in a Linux distribution (or distro for short).
Distributions include the Linux kernel and supporting system software and libraries, many of which are provided by the GNU Project. Many Linux distributions use the word "Linux" in their name, but the Free Software Foundation uses the name GNU/Linux to emphasize the importance of GNU software, causing some controversy.

It's disappointing to see only one reply (so far) challenging your request. Why do you want a unique distro for day to day?
I've used a variety of unique distros simply to explore them, or for specific purposes which the OS uniquely fills. And it's great that some non-unique OSs have workflows that change the ways a new user may be familiar with (e.g. tiling window managers). But I've ultimately had a great time picking a stable, popular daily driver and creatively customizing it to look and act unique and personalized.
