Mods may use discretion to pre-approve videos or press releases from highly credible sources that provide unique, newsworthy content not available or possible in another format.
7. No duplicate posts.
If an article has already been posted, it will be removed. Different articles reporting on the same subject are permitted. If the post that matches your post is very old, we refer you to rule 5.
8. Misinformation is prohibited.
Misinformation / propaganda is strictly prohibited. Any comment or post containing or linking to misinformation will be removed. If you feel that your post has been removed in error, credible sources must be provided.
9. No link shorteners or news aggregators.
All posts must link to original article sources. You may include archival links in the post description. News aggregators such as Yahoo, Google, Hacker News, etc. should be avoided in favor of the original source link. Newswire services such as AP, Reuters, or AFP, are frequently republished and may be shared from other credible sources.
10. Don't copy entire article in your post body
For copyright reasons, you are not allowed to copy an entire article into your post body. This is an instance wide rule, that is strictly enforced in this community.

How do you know if the kids are stupid before they die? Intelligence isn't exactly proven to be genetic.
It's partly genetic and partly how they're educated by their parents. So pretty good chance they'll be stipid. Nothing we can do about it anyway but laugh or cry, and I'd prefer to laugh.
I’d prefer less dead children.
cars and guns should be your target to ban. They are the two biggest killers of children.
The Dutch had mass, often violet, protests in the 1970's because cars were killing kids. They changed their entire society because they wanted less dead kids, Most other nations think dead kids is a fair trade. Something in us is broken
Okay, but if you look all the way up at OPs post the discussion is about a measles outbreak.
It would be kind of an odd non-sequitur for me to randomly shoehorn my thoughts about cars and guns in America into a conversation about a measles outbreak and anti-vaxxers…
Sitting here reading this wondering what kind of shithead thinks cats are killing children. Is it the "cats steal your breath" bullshit again?
Then I read on. Oh "cars" not "cats".
We have to get a control group for the experiment of breaking up the MMR vaccine somehow.
I guess you’ll have to forgive me for thinking jokes about dead children through adult negligence and malfeasance isn’t funny.
