Yes, that’s the alleged story that’s circulated the internet. Supposedly a child Trump was abusing placed a condom on a tent pole, put it in Trump’s ass and kicked it. The claim is this caused a puncture and is the cause for incontinence.
The kid was I guess the helicopter pilots son from what I remember reading.
