Worth mentioning that it wasn't just a few million that abstained. The apathetic/under informed/marginalized voting block is huge and could potentially do some serious work if they were given what they need to act
No telling who they are apathetic about voting for.
If they are too dumb to know they should vote, perhaps we should let them be.
