MODERATORS
Seeing a lot on PNY stuff on fire with denied warranties. It's really put me off owning any of their stuff in the future.
PNY and Zotak are dead to me because of shit like this: Never buying their stuff again.
I had a terrible time trying to RMA an unstable 4080 with PNY.
I had to pay shipping to send it to them twice because they denied the RMA the first time. After many weeks of emails with a representative who was clearly not interested in helping, the only way they said they would reconsider was after I also paid $200 to have a PC repair store test the card and then write a report telling PNY exactly the same thing I had been telling them all along.
PNY did end up replacing the card after I sent it in the second time, but their warranty policy says RMA's may be replaced with refurbished cards from other RMA's, so who knows how long the new one will last?
