The Processor goes for around 600€. You wont put these components on a crap mainboard or an inadequate case or use a crappy PSU, so add around 1k€ for Mainboard, Case, Cooling and PSU.

We are now at around 9k with internal cabling when taking into account that you won't get the lowest price on every component, and you don't even have Storage, a monitor or adequate input devices. With all of that, were talking 11-12k at least.
