Both are cubensis, different varieties. (Taman Negara on left, B+ on right)

I was more asking if a liquid culture would have already gone through that initial process and settled on a gender mix, meaning that specific culture would produce the same mat until it’s exhausted?

Yes, if it's a mycelium culture and not a spore syringe. If it's a spore syringe, no.
