Damn has there ever been a time where a working class American was paid a fair wage? Other than the brief period after WWII up until Reagan, that is.

That was still only a relatively small portion of the working class and even then it was only possible because the US took over control of global imperialism and were subsiding domestic worker wages with wealth extracted from the rest of the world.
