The dawn of the age of the exoskeleton
(arstechnica.com)
This is a most excellent place for technology news and articles.
Is there a "reverse" exoskeleton? One that makes running harder. I train for ultra trails and thereare no hills near me, I'd love something to simulate a 10%-30% climb while running outside.
They mention it in the article. Exoskeleton that adds resistance in specific ways for rehab. No reason why it couldn't work for training resistance.
I should have read it instead of just glancing over it. Thanks.
