A Canadian comedy site on CBC radio had a fake story about how flights could get cheaper if people stood for the entire flight.
Hundreds of listeners from Alberta and Western Canada called in to support the idea.
I remember being shown pictures like this in school as a kid and the images have never left my mind.
Fully crossing a fucking ocean like that.
Humans are the fucking worst.
We should ship them accross the ocean and pack them in like sardines. That will teach them.
Unfortunately, that was just the start of the nightmare for these people and their descendants.
Bonus points: they simply wont take you if you are above a certain weight.
