When has the government ever promised lower taxes and then fulfilled that promise?
Hint: never. No government has ever done that.
They are of the belief that if only they didn't pay taxes they would be ultra rich. Many are millionaires and survive on government handouts but somehow think they'd do better with no taxes paying for services and no regulation Their leader is a guy who makes all his money by ripping off governments by administration of government trusts.
