This year, we’re finding survey respondents are less happy in their work ... All that innovation and uncertainty can make it tough to feel comfortable in your job.

Next level gaslighting. People are not unhappy due to not being able to keep up or due to innovation. They are unhappy because the managers want to fire everybody and replace them with an LLM.
