I only built my am4 system at the end of 2022, it's new, not old :P
The way things are going it may end up with some of my sodimm in it by 2030
Jokes on you, I just bought parts for a new AM4 system yesterday. :) Though, to be fair, it's just the CPU and motherboard. Using old memory.
mobo was a weird buy anyway though, but does make me wonder what the options and prices are like now for am4 systems. Maybe they will start releasing new boards, or rerelease old ones...
You paid more for your motherboard than your CPU? Why?
