Blind is the shittiest, most toxic network out there. I tried it for some insights, but it is just some guys being toxic fucks.
It is crazy how many awful people are in this platform. So many people like “at what TC do I trade out my wife????”
What does TC stand for?
TC = Total Compensation
In tech jobs you usually get a combo of salary + bonus + stock grants that vest at different times. Your TC is those 3 numbers and averaged over the year.
So my message above translates to “how rich do I need to be to get a new wife.” Horrible shit.
