A place to discuss positive changes that can make work more equitable, and to vent about current practices. We are NOT against work; we just want the fruits of our labor to be recognized better.
Our Philosophies:
- All workers must be paid a living wage for their labor.
- Income inequality is the main cause of lower living standards.
- Workers must join together and fight back for what is rightfully theirs.
- We must not be divided and conquered. Workers gain the most when they focus on unifying issues.
Our Goals
- Higher wages for underpaid workers.
- Better worker representation, including but not limited to unions.
- Better and fewer working hours.
- Stimulating a massive wave of worker organizing in the United States and beyond.
- Organizing and supporting political causes and campaigns that put workers first.

Yeah this stuff is rage bait. If workers ever get 3 day work week, they will simply get half their salary as well.
For most people you can't pay your bills with half your salary.
I'm getting tired of seeing tech make everything worse for human beings. It was not the idea from the start. This is because big tech has become as powerful as entire countries. And their culture is about max profits, of course.
All of this was predicted in many books and scifi movies but still we are unable to stop this development.
There are some people out there that have the power to create policies but also for some reason want to do good for people in general. Except that they don't understand tech. This is to bait them into becoming "for AI".
Also, to help others make excuses for adding AI.
