Wrong. It is selectively blurred in specific direction. It depends on the depth of the element in the game relative to the player view, also hud elements are not blurred too.
Not everything is blurred.
Such a strange argument to hang on about. They're making a joke about having shitty eyesight. No more, no less.

Nothing strange. I just explained that the eye does not blur everything in the same way as motion blur implemented in a game.
