MODERATORS
The number of elecron apps and other ram hogs i am coming across says otherwise.
Companies shifting their dev costs to your hardware costs. This will not work long-term.
Once AI pops companies will shift compute back to their end because a) they have to find some way to use all that hardware, and b) end users are being starved of hardware. Desktop as a service extended to every device you use! Phone, laptop, TV, car, all of it will all have it's brain in the cloud.
AI won't pop. Politicians are cheap compared to data centers. The governments are just going to print more money to pay for this shit. At least that's what the cynic in me thinks.
