Dull Men's Club
An unofficial chapter of the popular Dull Men's Club.
1. Relevant commentary on your own dull life. Posts should be about your own dull, lived experience. This is our most important rule. Direct questions, random thoughts, comment baiting, advice seeking, many uses of "discuss" rarely comply with this rule.
2. Original, Fresh, Meaningful Content.
3. Avoid repetitive topics.
4. This is not a search engine
Use a search engine, a tradesperson, Reddit, friends, a specialist Facebook group, apps, Wikipedia, an AI chat, a reverse image search etc. to answer simple questions or identify objects. Also see rule 1, “comment baiting”.
There are a number of content specific communities with subject matter experts who can help you.
Some other communities to consider before posting:
5. Keep it dull. If it puts us to sleep, it’s on the right track. Examples of likely not dull: jokes, gross stuff (including toes), politics, religion, royalty, illness or injury, killing things for fun, or promotional content. Feel free to post these elsewhere.
6. No hate speech, sexism, or bullying No sexism, hate speech, degrading or excessively foul language, or other harmful language. No othering or dehumanizing of anyone or negativity towards any gender identity.
7. Proofread before posting. Use good grammar and punctuation. Avoid useless phrases. Some examples: - starting a post with "So" - starting a post with pointless phrases, like "I hope this is allowed" or “this is my first post” Only share good quality, cropped images. Do not share screenshots of images; share the original image.

People in the USA don’t deserve my blood, so they don’t get it.
That's really fucking stupid. Do you think your donated blood only goes to the fascists and bigots?
At this point, I think at this point anyone whose feet are in America is a fascist and a bigot.
Wow, that's pretty fucking ignorant.
You must be in America.
Doesn't change that what you are saying is ignorant.
But your opinion of my ignorance is subjective, and from where I’m standing, you look like the ignorant one.
Your earlier opinion is factually false. You continue to assert it is true. That's objectively ignorant.
I'm going to assume it is willful ignorance because I'd like to think someone in an often maligned group, such as LGBTQ+ would know what it's like to be wrongfully lumped into a group you don't belong to, with attributes and values you do not carry.
You lumping every American as the same is no better than what racists do, what bigots do, what ICE does, what Zionists push, or what magats spew. If that's truly what you are and how you think, then you are being exactly what you accuse all Americans of being.
Yawn, angry because your country is falling apart so you yell at people who want to make the world better. Such smart amerikkkans
Midterms are less than a month away. Prove me wrong.
Do tell how you being condescending and hateful makes the world better.
If you can’t see the message, the message isn’t for you.
And this is just as stupid. Not everyone has the ability to move, and there are many of us who are fighting to try and change things.
Claiming everyone in a county is the same as their government is just waving your stupid flag for everyone to see.
They aren’t the SAME. They just get to suffer for doing nothing. Staples is having a sale on cardboard, you can use it for a picket sign on one side and another that says “homeless anything helps”
Go vote, and complain to the PROBLEM, not me, magat.
My dude, there's certainly a lot of things other countries can justifiably act all superior about when comparing themselves to the US.
But in this case, if your country isn't letting you donate blood because you're gay, I think it's pretty safe to say that in this case the US is doing something better than your country.
So given that context you look kind of stupid getting on your high horse here.
You wish I was your dude. I’m referring to my time in the USA. Although I no longer live there today.
