Am I the only one that likes it?
Yes.
Seemingly
I don't like it - but it's better than juddering motion when my machine can't handle the graphics.
I'll turn down settings until I don't get stuttering. I don't wasn't a smeary mess hiding stutters, I'll take the higher framerate and lower antialiasing or turn off SSAO or whatever. Im just glad I can tune those dials for what I prioritize.
