MODERATORS
The thing is, some light roasted single-origin coffees can be fruity in flavour without adding anything, and they’re delicious.
As a couple examples I’m currently brewing…
Very fruity. And very delicious.
That logo… looks like the worlds worst formula1 track, or the large R is doing horrible things to the little R.
I mean, I think it’s supposed to be PCR (Pilot Coffee Roasters) as a single line basically. But yeah, that’s totally fair.
In particular, blueberry is a highly sought after tasting note in Ethiopian coffee.
But Ethiopian coffee hasn’t been as good as it was 10 or so years ago unfortunately.
