Okay, so Ansar Allah..

is fighting a civil war
is fighting a war against Saudi Arabia
is surrounded by either their enemies or the sea
is poorer than Iran or Russia
has less people than Iran or Russia

Yet they seem to be doing a better job?
What's going on?

        Tunnels and missiles are currently OP against military bases, ships and planes.
Saudi military is well funded, but not necessarily well trained.
Iran and Russia actually have to hold back from certain actions for diplomatic reasons.
