If you're in the US of A it's a regular fuckin' gauntlet to try to ensure your food purchases aren't loaded with corn syrup.

we already can, turn the corn into either oil or ethanol and shove in in a desil generator.

Our corn growing habits consume far more water than all the proposed datacenters, solar or nuclear are the only reasonable options for powering datacenters at scale.
