If you're in the US of A it's a regular fuckin' gauntlet to try to ensure your food purchases aren't loaded with corn syrup.

That's called food everything is organic!

And because there's no actual legal protection on the label because it's just a marketing term you're left with the same answer everyone else has, avoid all processed food.
