Yeah it's a big military/fbi town. The joke was the FBI removed the exemption of people who've had sex with animals. I never thought I would see that reading the news.
An early job of mine was in the FBI Academy cafeteria. Very familiar with the area. Forgot about the “loving animals” reference, so it took your explanation for me to catch the joke.
That's pretty cool. My sister and brother in law are there now so I'll be taking a visit there.
