Work Reform

A place to discuss positive changes that can make work more equitable, and to vent about current practices. We are NOT against work; we just want the fruits of our labor to be recognized better.
Our Philosophies:
- All workers must be paid a living wage for their labor.
- Income inequality is the main cause of lower living standards.
- Workers must join together and fight back for what is rightfully theirs.
- We must not be divided and conquered. Workers gain the most when they focus on unifying issues.
Our Goals
- Higher wages for underpaid workers.
- Better worker representation, including but not limited to unions.
- Better and fewer working hours.
- Stimulating a massive wave of worker organizing in the United States and beyond.
- Organizing and supporting political causes and campaigns that put workers first.

I make a peanut butter sandwich with a piece of fruit. It takes under 10 minutes and is pretty healthy since I use unsweetened peanut butter and whole wheat bread. The fruit is the most expensive part.
A peanut butter sandwich is a snack or a dessert, it's not real food. You need a way more varied diet.
I'm saying this out of concern, it really isn't my intention to be rude.
I have a more varied diet, but I do a 500ish kcal lunch so a sandwich and piece of fruit is a generally pretty healthy option. It's carb, fat, and some protein with a reasonable amount of fiber. Then there are vitamins from the fruit.
For dinner I do varied options, typically higher protein, and generally target about 1000 kcal. Considering I'm in good shape and my annual bloodwork shows no issues I'm going to assume I'm handling my nutrition fine.
