Content? Politics? Community? A cool integration you're looking for? Maybe even a cool domain name? I'm not looking for tips as an instance owner, lol; I'm just curious.

Edit: I've gotten a lot of push factors, what about pull factors?

Probably nothing, lol. I'm already on one of the most blocked and disliked instances and still here after almost 6 years.
