Ah, I remember your username. At least this time you came up with a new comment instead of the old “I'm blocking you” variations you felt the need to leave on every single one of my accounts, on top of whining about my posts. You're so sour, lmao. Please go ahead and block me, wish you the best! 🫶

[-] Dreamcatcher@lemmy.zip 14 points 3 days ago

Okay, but why do you keep making new accounts?

Genuinely curious.

[-] whoisearth@lemmy.ca 2 points 1 day ago

Honest answer as someone who casually follows this? It's weird and I imagine there is a diagnosed or undiagnosed mental illness at play.

[-] itsviolet@lemmy.world 34 points 3 days ago

I'm naturally a huge yapper and use Lemmy almost like a public diary. That tends to spark a lot of discourse about me, which draws in a lot of toxicity. When it gets to be too much, I feel the need to delete everything, take a break, and start fresh. (For the record, I’ve never been banned, not even from a single community, let alone an instance, lol.)

[-] Mandarbmax@lemmy.world 16 points 3 days ago

I'm glad you keep coming back

[-] TrickDacy@lemmy.world -5 points 3 days ago

What they don't explain is why they need a "fresh start". Given that they don't change their habits or hide who they are, what's the point other than to re-flood people's timelines? If anything, each new attempt comes with a higher level of intentionally provocative posts. See this post for example: "yeah so I'm fucking a father and son at the same time y'all isn't that bold of me?!"

You'd think they don't want to hear from people who blocked them, but I think it's the opposite. They just enjoy fucking with people and then feigning innocence.

[-] lordziv 8 points 2 days ago

Just for your sake, I hope she continues to horny post and flood the timeline. I personally love it

[-] mika_mika@lemmy.world 4 points 2 days ago

Jfc, this vibe is exactly why I left reddit. Fanning over Violet.. we might as well narwhal bacon and add "le" before random nouns.

[-] Zwiebel@feddit.org 1 points 13 hours ago

Theres too little content on lemmy!

Someone makes content

No not like this!

[-] bantering@lemmy.zip 2 points 13 hours ago

I do not like when two different arguments from two different perspective groups are lumped together as some form of gotcha.

You’re welcome to curate your content and block instances, comms, and users you don’t like.

You can fuck right off if you’re trying to tell me to curate my own content in the same way.

[-] TrickDacy@lemmy.world 4 points 2 days ago

At times this place appears to be full of morons, at times the opposite. It's baffling and I cannot say anything more than "it's better than other places".

[-] TrickDacy@lemmy.world -3 points 2 days ago

You personally love someone lying for attention. Ok cool, good for you I'll just have to keep blocking this bizarre bullshit

Then… do that…? And don’t be a drama queen about it.

[-] TrickDacy@lemmy.world -1 points 11 hours ago

By the logic that saying anything about a topic is dramatic, then it appears you're also a drama queen?

[-] pitiable_sandwich540@feddit.org 0 points 2 days ago

True and false are terms of the petty bourgeois anyway. She' s funny, i don't care if it's true.

Like it or not, she's a more integral part of the fediverse than you'll ever be. Now why don't you try to be miserable somewhere else? <3

[-] reptar@lemmy.world 1 points 1 day ago

True and false are terms of the petty bourgeois anyway.

This was just to be funny, right?

[-] pitiable_sandwich540@feddit.org 0 points 22 hours ago

No, a communist kangaroo told me this in a dream, which is funny, therefore I deem it worth retelling. It also asked me whether i had some liqueur-filled chockolates, which admittedly is also funny, but did not fit this conversation.

[-] UltraBlack@lemmy.world 1 points 15 hours ago* (last edited 15 hours ago)

Didn't expect a Marc Uwe Kling reference here

[-] TrickDacy@lemmy.world 6 points 2 days ago* (last edited 2 days ago)

Lol you think I want to be an "integral part" of something by going around lying about weird shit. Wouldn't care about that regardless. And no nothing about any of these posts is "funny".. or entertaining in the slightest, hence the need to regain people's attention who blocked them, by forcing them to at least look once more before blocking the 7th time. It's pretty sad actually.

Edit: after 3 years here I finally found a use for my client's "mute user" feature. Unfortunately this stupid shit has caused me to never see a post from anyone else with violet in their username either. It's a reasonable ask for them not to keep changing accounts. And the only reason one would have to change accounts repeatedly is to avoid bans/blocks. Shouldn't be controversial at all, just keep the same damned account and people can easily just block you if they want.

[-] TrickDacy@lemmy.world 4 points 3 days ago

Why am I annoyed that I have to keep blocking some idiot? No reason you're right nothing annoying about that at all. It's why I'm the only one ever annoyed by it

[-] trojanbark@lemmy.world -3 points 2 days ago

sounds like you spend an awful lot of time here
