A breakfast sandwich usually consists of at a minimum:

On my already admittedly loud and dressed up sandwich (just made a batch earlier today), I like:

EVERYTHING BAGEL (all the seeds and stuff)
CREAM-CHEESE on the bagel both sides
SALTED BUTTERon the bagel both sides
GUACAMOLE on the bagel both sides, maybe some in the middle
EGG (brown) -> omelette evenly split up into 7 portions for 7 days of the week or worth of breakfasts
SALSA covering up all the yellow of the egg
HASHBROWN/potato patty
maybe some BRUSCHETTA to get that tomato complimenting potato even tho thats covered by the salsa already

Pairs fantastically with an English Breakfast tea (black, also taken black) and Pea Milk 🤘

They're all how hot most average hot wings are, if that helps. If you wouldn't eat Buffalo wings, you won't like any of these sauces.

That's perfectly fine to like it but like whatever you want. It's one of the few childhood dreams adulthood actually allows us! 😄

I've cooked for people that thought regular black pepper was borderline too spicy, and that's their prerogative.
