Only an idiot can call the death of a 1 yr old justified, laws withstanding.
We're a deeply broken country.
Objectively how can anyone say it's justified to shoot a baby? What the fuck are we doing?
They aimed for the mother and hit the baby by accident. The mother was accused of stealing diapers.
Like, this whole thing is fucked up. Nonviolent offenses do not warrant the use of lethal force.
It would have been justified to kill the mother for trying to take care of her baby, it would also have been justified to kill her if she had wanted to get it aborted.

Especially when his mother's only crime was being poor and desperate? The real criminals here are wearing suits, not stealing diapers for their sons.
