Well, initially I made a comment saying I was surprised, because I am continuously surprised by it, very simple. And then I continued to comment in response to others who were responding to me.
I never meant to put anyone down, and I've reread all my comments and I do not see how any of comments were putting people down? (except perhaps for Plex corporate, but I don't care how companies feel)
It was more the overall tone of the comments than the words themselves. But that could be an anchoring bias based on your "I'm always amazed " comment that comes across as belittling those who choose to continue to use their Plex service.
Upon re-read in a neutral context the other comments are indeed not putting anyone down. My apologies
